What it is. A solid-color winter blanket scarf, offered in two weaves. The Plush Viscose shades are 100% viscose, 28" x 79" (71 x 201 cm). The Soft Weave shades are 100% polyester, 27" x 78" (69 x 198 cm). Both carry 9 cm fringe at each end, and both are a single shade end to end.
One clean shade and nothing else to think about. This is the layer for the walk to the train on a cold morning, the office that runs cold all year, the six a.m. airport, and the drive home after dinner. At this width it behaves like a wrap rather than a narrow scarf — open it out across the shoulders when you want the coverage, fold it down to a scarf when you do not.
PLUSH VISCOSE — 100% VISCOSE, 28" x 79": A plush cashmere feel to the hand, and the larger of the two cuts. Coral, White and Just Orange.
SOFT WEAVE — 100% POLYESTER, 27" x 78": The same blanket scale in a lighter-priced weave. Oatmeal, Blue Jean and Light Grey.
9 CM FRINGE AT EACH END: The measurements above are the body of the scarf and do not include the fringe.
CARE DEPENDS ON THE WEAVE: Plush Viscose — hand wash cold, then lay flat to dry. Soft Weave — machine wash cold, then lay flat to dry. Neither goes in the dryer, and washing on its own keeps the fringe from tangling.
